The founders of the 2 most popular social media platforms — Facebook and Twitter — have a few things in common. Both Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook) and Jack Dorsey (Twitter) came up with the ideas when they were in college, the former at Harvard and the latter at New York University. Both dropped out of college on the East coast and moved to California to expand their business ideas.
